DKK Auto is an advertising, marketing and referral platform. Listings are submitted by third-party sellers. DKK Auto does not guarantee ownership, title status, condition, price, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing.

By submitting a listing or a buyer request, you agree that DKK Auto may display the non-personal information you provide in the public catalog, retain your personal contact information privately for the purpose of connecting buyers and sellers, and contact you by phone, email or text about your submission.

Seller and buyer personal information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, IDs) is never displayed publicly. Only authorized DKK Auto administrators may view this data.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the marketplace and match buyers with sellers. We never sell your data.

Marketing packages pay for promotional services and do not guarantee a buyer or completed sale. All items are subject to prior sale by the individual sellers.

Never wire money or send deposits without inspecting the item in person. DKK Auto does not hold buyer deposits or transfer titles. Report suspicious listings via the Contact page or by calling 214-900-3747.

Stolen items, items without a clear title where required, weapons, hazardous items, and items that violate applicable laws are prohibited. DKK Auto may suspend or remove any listing at its discretion.

Marketing package purchases are for services already rendered (placement and promotion) and are non-refundable once activated. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you need to modify your order.
